Exit codes for failed `uxp plugin package` command

Hi! It appears that failing calls to uxp plugin package do not return a non-zero exit code. It would benefit our semi-automated development cycle if it did - then we might catch failures and avoid subsequent packaging steps. This is using uxp --version == 1.6.4 (#13). Thanks in advance!
