Evaluation on AVA-ActiveSpeaker test set

Hi, thank you for releasing this amazing challenge! I'd like to know if it is still possible to evaluate on AVA-ActiveSpeaker test set. I've checked the official website: http://activity-net.org/challenges/2021/evaluation.html. But it's mostly blank and I couldn't sign-in or locate any submission link.
