Default Multi-line Setting for Text Fields

Feature Description

Hi, I realized that there's only a multi-line toggle available when users are inputting text (during runtime).

I wonder if there could be a setting in the editing page (when creating/editing templates) so that I can set a text field to multi-line by default, without requiring users to manually toggle it.
