Set_Write_Timeout.vi

Hello,

I just have a short question. 
Does the vi "Set_Write_Timeout.vi" write in the designated holding registers for the device, which is connected to the modbus, and sets there the timeout. Or does set the Timeout for a write operation of the Labview program?
