Lab : Migrate SQL Server databases to SQL Server on Azure Virtual Machine #19
Description
the first issue we ran into is that the Azure Data Studio was already pre-installed; however, it is very old version and you can't install the Azure SQL Migration extension; we had to first un-install ADS, download & install the updated version, then add the extension.
The second issue is that the SQL Server on the Azure Virtual Machine has been configured and deployed, but the option to select it as a target is still not visible in Azure Data Studio. plz resolve the issue as soon as possible .
