Description

Allow system notifications for messages sent via blabsy/pictique

Required Changes

• attach a notification service inside evault-core which triggers notifications on create mutations where the schema id = message schema id

Depends on

• w3ds gateway

Acceptance Criteria

• make evault core send system notifications
• make push notifications appear on phone
• when viewing the notification make w3ds gateway pop up asking the user to choose what platform they want to view the message via
• add a notifications tab in the eid wallet
