PyPi and changelog version mismatch

The changelog states version `1.1.0 (2025-11-25)` while the release on PyPi is `0.0.2.dev0` (pre-release). I'll assume this is the same code, but the pre-release label suggest its not production ready.

Can you release a new version on PyPi when the 1.1.0 as stated in the changelog is production ready.
