MsGPUWait reports incorrectly in Hardware Legacy Flip #574

When using Hardware Legacy Flip MsGPUWait behaves different compared to using something like independent flip.
I will attatch csv as an example. The game is capped to 60 fps and MsGPUWait will show values around 15ms.
